Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in the same condition as received
• Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• With tags intact (if applicable)
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at devvardaanstore@gmail.com with clear photos or videos so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used health, wellness, or personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous, flammable, or restricted items
• Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product (after approval) and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved:
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
• Amount is credited to the original payment method
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
